The Planned Giving Group of New England offers a variety of programming for gift planning professionals of all levels. We hold Monthly Meetings, an annual All-Day Conference, and special courses, such as our PG Fundamentals Course. Most of our programs are held in Boston, Mass.
Monthly MeetingsEach month, September through April, PGGNE convenes to hear presentations on a wide variety of planned giving topics. The forum provides an excellent medium by which professionals can exchange ideas and meet others in the field in an informal setting. With the exception of January and February, these mid-day meetings include coffee and networking, your choice of either session topics - basic or advanced, lunch, and a Luncheon Speaker. To reduce winter travel our January and February meetings are webinars, with an option for members to host a meet up location for fellow members to come network and view the webinar. View our Program Calendar full listing of meeting dates.
*All Monthly Meetings are subject to change with COVID-19 restrictions, policies, and safety. Our Program Calendar will have the most up-to-date information as to whether a meeting will be held in-person or virtually. If a meeting changes to virtual, then it will only be with our Luncheon Speaker.
Special SessionsIn a month where an in-person Monthly Meeting changes to a virtual meeting, PGGNE may offer an additional virtual session to increase educational opportunities. View our Program Calendar full listing of meeting dates and details.
Annual All-Day ConferenceEvery year we hold an all-day conference designed around trending topics in gift planning. The Conference has multiple tracks to accommodate everyone, from those new to the industry to the seasoned professionals. View our All-Day Conference page for details.
PG Fundamentals CoursePGGNE regularly offers an annual comprehensive day-long Planned Giving Fundamentals session. Those looking for an introductory session that covers the basics of planned giving, or possibly a refresher on the various planned giving strategies available and how to talk about them with donors find great benefit in this course. This course is often held in the Fall; view our Program Calendar for our next Course offering.
