Dear PGGNE Members and Friends,

Thanks to you, our 2018-2019 season is well underway! As the holidays and “Giving Season” approach, time management is a fleeting luxury. But PGGNE’s strong programming continues so we encourage you not to miss out on our November 14th session. Hear about the most common gift planning types or navigating the challenges of gifting life insurance. Our luncheon presentation is the very timely topic: Navigating Today’s Rapidly Changing Landscape of Fundraising, so register today.

PGGNE Fundamentals

PGGNE wishes to congratulate the winner of the 2018 Fundamentals Scholarship, Cristina Cabrera, Executive Director of the Environmental Justice League of Rhode Island.

Whether new to the field or a seasoned gift officer, PGGNE’s annual Fundamentals, provides an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge with one of our industry experts. Come experience Craig Wruck’s, Humboldt University’s Vice President for Advancement, years of wisdom. The training is Thursday, November 15th and online registration closes Friday, November 9th.

PGGNE All-Day Conference Wednesday, May 1, 2019
While current thoughts are leaning towards travel logistics to Grandmother’s house and other holiday traditions, it’s not too early to be thinking of PGGNE’s flagship annual event, the All-Day Conference. Join your fellow PGGNE colleagues at this annual conference where multiple subject matter experts present on a variety of relevant fundraising topics. For more information click here and register.

Mentoring Program 30% Participation!

PGGNE is pleased to report its mentoring program continues its momentum, represented by a 30% membership participation! PGGNE’s mission has always been, and continues to be, professional networking. Both mentors and mentees alike benefit from meeting one on one and to learn and advise on various career topics. This is one easy and enjoyable way to give back to a community that continues to support you. Mentors still needed - learn more.

Call for Speakers

“By the Members, for the Members.” PGGNE’s paramount objective is to keep programing informative and relevant for its members. If you know of a great speaker or would like to present at a future meeting, please let us know!

See you soon,
