Through the end of 2020 PGGNE will be offering more opportunities to learn and connect! Every month, in addition to our Monthly Meeting, we will separately offer case-studies on gifts called Technical Tuesdays and a PGGNE Social Hour. Registration for any individual PGGNE event: Monthly Meeting, Technical Tuesday or PGGNE Social Hour now includes automatic registration to ALL programs held in that program month.

Professor & CH Foundation Chair in Personal Financial Planning Director of Graduate Studies in Charitable Planning, Texas Tech University

 

Join the PGGNE Community for a Social Hour and Interactive Discussion with Russell James. Dr. James will share the ideas and research giving him hope for charitable organizations during these challenging times. Come connect with colleagues and join in discussion. We’ll explore major gifts of assets, charitable gifts from documented legacy society donors, and more.

 


 

About the Speaker

Russell James, J.D., Ph.D., CFP®, is a professor in the Department of Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University, where he directs the on-campus and online graduate program in charitable financial planning.

 

He graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Law and also holds a Ph.D. in consumer economics from the University of Missouri. He has published research in more than 40 different peer-reviewed scientific journals and is a well-known workshop presenter.


 

THIS MEETING WILL BE VIRTUAL

The health and safety of PGGNE’s membership, guests, and speakers continues to be our top priority. All Fall 2020 events will be held virtually via the Zoom online platform. This allows you to view the sessions on the meeting date from the convenience of your office or home. Meeting recordings and handouts cannot be guaranteed. Registrants will receive an email from PGGNE at least two days prior with the individual Zoom link.

Registration Policy

Registrations must be received by 5:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Once registration is closed it will state CLOSED within the meeting Program Calendar listing.

  

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required by 5:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2020. In accordance, only refund requests received by this time will be granted. Email your cancellation/refund request to info@pggne.org. All emails received will be acknowledged.
