2010-2011 Sponsorship Form
The Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE) continues to be one of the largest regional forums for gift planners and allied professionals in the nation. We have grown to over 300 members, drawn primarily from non-profit institutions large and small in all six New England states. As we begin our 2010-2011 programming year we invite you to join us as a Sponsorship Partner.
As a Sponsorship Partner, you may participate in any, or all, of the following special opportunities to promote your services to our membership:
- Advertising space in our 2010-2011 Membership Directory
- Corporate sponsorship for our May 11, 2011 All-Day Conference
- Exhibition opportunities at our May 11, 2011 All-Day Conference
- And new this year: Due to numerous requests, we are making available on a limited basis a number of pre-meeting time slots as a way of making our members aware of your offerings (see details below).
PGGNE Membership Directory
The PGGNE Membership Directory serves as a resource for our members and a point of reference for service providers to the planned giving profession. Our directory will be mailed in December to all members and sponsors. If you would like to be included, please return the enclosed form with your written intentions no later than November 1, 2010. The 2010-11 advertising rates are noted on the form and unchanged from last year. Preferences for placement in the directory will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to respond quickly. Owing to difficulties in past years, payment is required before placement is provided.
Please Note: If you choose to purchase advertising space for the Membership Directory, you will be asked to provide camera-ready artwork for your ad, or an original business card. Sponsorship Partners who wish to advertise in the directory and be a conference sponsor should provide only Directory artwork at this time. You will have an opportunity to provide new ads for promotion in conference materials in the spring.
New for 2010-2011: Same Day Sponsorship
Most of the programs that PGGNE offers begin at 11 AM. On two Wednesdays this fall and two next spring we will offer one sponsor a pre-meeting opportunity to showcase their offerings. Here are the details:
Available Dates: November 10, December 8, 2010, March 9, April 13, 2011
Time: 9:50 AM – 10:50 AM
Location: The downstairs room in which the Basics Session is scheduled on that date. Coffee will be available in advance of each special session.
The benefit to your organization: Here is a wonderful opportunity to gain the full attention of your target audience. Your participation as a Same Day Sponsor will be promoted ahead of the session in the registration materials for that session, in the PGGNE monthly newsletter and in the program section of our web site. This is a very limited opportunity and is available on a first come-first served basis.
May 2011 All-Day Conference Sponsorship
The PGGNE All-Day Conference will be held on May 11, 2011 at the Radisson Hotel in Boston. Our annual conference is one of the premier opportunities for gift planners to hear from the leading experts in the field and, as such, represents a powerful opportunity for sponsors to reach key decision-makers directly. Last year, the conference drew more than 300 participants and featured speakers from across the country.
Sponsorship Partners receive significant recognition on the day of the conference, and have the opportunity to actively participate in the day’s proceedings. We will showcase our Sponsorship Partners in the most effective manner possible, in appreciation of their support.

Sponsor and exhibitor participation will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor participation is limited by space considerations. Please let us know of your interest using the enclosed form as soon as possible to help us in our planning. PGGNE will bill you upon receipt of your conference sponsorship form; payment is due by February 14, 2011.
