All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the PGGNE Programming Committee. Rebecca Scott will notify you when your proposal has been received and, after programming decisions have been made, whether your proposal has been accepted.

Special note: Per PGGNE Board policy, PGGNE will provide full reimbursement to our speakers for travel and expenses associated with attending the meeting. However, PGGNE is not able to provide speaker fees or honoraria. Sales pitches or distribution of marketing materials during presentations is strictly prohibited.
