Susan Joyce is a Vice President of State Street Global Advisors and Manager of Customer Service in SSgA's Charitable Asset Management Group. The Group provides administration and investment management services for planned giving programs across the United States. Since joining State Street Corporation in 1982 Susan has also held positions in various areas of the company including Estate Settlement, Capital Markets and Commercial Banking. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the John F. Kennedy Family Service Center in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Susan is also currently a member of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York (PPGGNY). In her professional life Susan is proud to work with so many non-profits that are dedicated to making the world a better place. In her free time, skiing the black diamonds and getting a “hole in one” makes her smile.
