2017-2018 Mentoring Program

The Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE) continues to offer this longstanding program aimed to aide entry- to junior-level PGGNE members with their planned giving questions. With PGGNE those new to gift planning have avenues to help achieve an array of knowledge.

The goal of the Mentor program is to provide a mentee access to a professional colleague who has the skills, knowledge and resources to assist and provide guidance. At the end of the program year, the mentee should have a deeper engagement in the profession, expanded professional networks in the field, and a stronger sense of direction in their career path.

What is Next?

  • You will be notified of your match on/by as quickly as possible.
  • We ask that you reach out to your mentor/mentee prior to the next monthly meeting. Our hope is that you will both be able to attend the meeting and sit down with one another during our 10 a.m. morning coffee networking.
  • Throughout the year we ask that you have an open line of communication, keeping in mind you only get out of the program what you put in. The program is intended to be mutually beneficial.
